Mike Perzel
Owner
When Mike started in the automation industry nearly 30 years ago, Servos and PLCs were in their infancy; today they are standard. As the industry has evolved, so has Mike. Remaining on the cutting edge of technology, he has worked as an OEM technician for Krones, Douglas, Komo Machine, Refresco and Bill Davis Engineering. In 2012, the demand for high-skilled technicians was so great that Mike put together a team of expert service techs, creating Superior Training and Reliable Service (S.T.A.R.S.). As S.T.A.R.S. grew, it morphed into Worldwide Contractors Management. Today, Worldwide Contractors Management has over 60 field service engineers working for a variety of customers, including Pepsi, Gatorade, Niagara, Coke, Ocean Spray, and many others. Anticipating yet another industry shift, Mike realized a need for more affordable, longer-term, temporary technical support. This led to our new venture, Automation Mechanical Services.

Executive Director
Monique Amador Perzel has over 25 years of management and sales experience. For the past 13 years, she has been dedicated to successfully growing the service division for Worldwide Contractor’s Management with owner Mike Perzel. They have seen their business grow from 2 leading engineers in the bottling industry to now over 60 of the best OEM engineers worldwide. She strives to understand customers’ immediate needs and work in a timely manner to provide the appropriate service. Her goal is to become the leading service provider for both AMS and WWC, while building strong relationships with all bottling manufacturers worldwide.
Betsie Fox
Executive Assistant
Betsie Fox brings to Worldwide & AMS over sixteen years of professional experience in office management and frontline communications with both customers and staff. Driven by a genuine passion for the growth and success of others, she takes pride in cultivating and nurturing strong relationships and promoting a teamwork mentality. As an Executive Assistant, her goals include streamlining processes, improving efficiencies and optimizing communication and data management. In addition to her primary job functions, Betsie has an extraordinary commitment to helping Worldwide excel as the leading service provider in the industry.
